Technological flow of the polyurethane coating steel preinsulated pipe equipment:
1. Remove rust from steel pipe surface
2. Heat the steel pipe to get it ready for polyurethane spraying
3. Spray polyurethane evenly on steel pipe outer surface
4. Wrap melted HDPE strap around the PU foam
5. Trim the pipe ends

The polyethylene outer protective layer can reduce the manufacturing cost by 50%, while the ability to resist ring cracking is enhanced, which can meet the use in high cold areas.

The thickness of the insulation layer can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the different needs of the project and save the project cost.

The polyurethane insulation layer has uniform density and no defects such as cavities.

The surface of the thermal insulation layer formed by spraying is rough, the adhesion with the polyethylene outer sheath is strengthened, and the trinity function of the pipe is strengthened.

Rust removal of steel pipe/piece, the hydraulic lifting mechanism is used to transport the steel pipe/piece to the transmission pipe conveying line of the steel pipe shot blasting cleaning line, and the steel pipe/piece is turned and entered the shot blasting room.
